Virgin
Anyone having problems with their virgin broadband connection this weekend. Quite annoying for anyone watching TV, keeping losing my connection and keep having to re-boot it.

Dammit', when I saw the title of this thread, I thought this might be the place to queue to get one!

Not really, took me too long to train the last one, in future I'll look for a woman with a well thumbed user manual!

Re: Virgin
On the contrary virgin media have been very good to me .
we have tv,phone, and broadband and for the last 4 months the billing system has been getting it wrong i just thought they had changed our package and when i had a modem problem about 3 months ago i rang there tech centre and was told all bills where up to date i thought they had turned my broadband off .
anyway got a letter saying they had just upgraded there billing system and found out i had not been billed for my broadband for 4 months but as it was there fault they would not be requiring the money for it and i could have the last 4 months for free.

Re: Virgin
Seems fine today, must have been a one-off.
Been with Virgin quite a while now and like Mick i'm quite happy with them. Especially now that they have reinstated free phone support.
