im not going to do it myself, did that trick last year and ruined my watch, cost me £50 that watch
 , when i took the back off something broke off while i was trying to get the battery out, so i never touch em now...i leave that to the experts

If you're worried about ruining your expensive watch then you might as well just take it to anywhere. That one in blackburn is probably good, the one that used to be at the top of the escalators thats now next to argos and stuff. Thats the only proper watch specialist place I can think of and its been around as long as I can remember. Wouldn't have lasted so long if it was a crap place.
