was beautiful yesterday, went for a drive around Pendle with another accywebber and went for a few drinks over there...been on't canal today on mi bike and its still beautiful

i would say cashy dearest that you blame the hot weather and if anyone asks thats my story and i sticking to it!!!! but next time get paris to check what your wearing when you go out .... dont want to hear of cashy wandering around in his pj's ....

Don't think the suns got a lot to do with it cashy, its not that long ago I went to the opticians with my slippers on, didn't notice until I was in Accy Town Centre, must be the age thing

The jet stream has moved a little to the south; so, our temps have moderated a little. But it looks like nice temps in the low 20s for the next week .... as always a little cooler by the lake .... we are having a really nice late spring, early summer, with enough rain to make everything green and lush. Only problem is that the moskies seem to like it

Looks like we're getting a bit better weather at the moment Eric (a rarity) the forecast is in the thirties today and the rest of the week, oh and no moskies either, just the odd gnat

Seems like the midgies love it though, even though I have thought there have been a lot more ever since the Spring .... was lots of columns where I live ... maybe because I am near water :-

Midge explosion in East Lancashire because of hot humid weather (From Lancashire Telegraph)

Did see a report re. mosquito populations moving over the channel and they were sending up planes to spray them before they reached us
