Re: weather??
22c, partly cloudy, same temp tomorrow, but sunny and clear ... for the weekend: up to 25 ... that's over 10c above normal. Cooling off next week; may get as low as 15.

Re: weather??
Mist and fog patches will clear during the morning to give a fine, mainly sunny day. Winds will be light and so it should feel very pleasant in the sunshine. Maximum temperature 17 °C

Re: weather??
WOOHOO, our last wicked hot day!
We had yet another record high today - 98 F ~36 C. However, we now are getting a nice rain storm and the temps. are finally expected to get back to normal.
Must admit, this hot weather has be really good for some of the veges. Still harvesting alot of squashes, pumpkins, peppers, beans, and tomatoes. I'm so looking forward to putting the garden "to bed!"
Now I look forward to the sweet potato, potato, pea, greens, and butternut squash harvests! Next stop, fire in the woodstove!
Thanks for any of you who "bore" with me through our nasty weather!
Brian

Re: weather??
Yes ... finally, a little snow flurry ... just a minute or two ... but snow! It makes one feel Canadian ... but the temps heading back up tomorrow ... Can hardly wait for winter.

Re: weather??
Not much chance of a white christmas here, metcheck gave Accrington a 10% chance of it, last year it was a 36% & not a drop of snow

Re: weather??
And the chances of a white Christmas here ... looks like a 100% deal ... we've already had quite a bit of snow ... unfortunately it looks like the temp will warm a little by monday, and with some rain in the forecast the snow will be gone. Montreal has already had major snowfalls. But they always get it. They spend over $600 million a year on snow removal. We had our first little blizzard last friday; the 401, the major freeway running just north of town, was closed for a while and our local snowplows were buzzing around for most of the night.
But Christmas without snow just isn't Christmas.
