Have to say that it doesn’t sound like it’s a ferry to me, only 23 on board, suspect that will be all the crew, plus they state cargo has shifted, I could be wrong.

Looks like it was a ferry just not the people carriers I was thinking of, they have added a pic of the ship...I'll shurrup now
