Ouch ... that doesn't look good .... weather is crappy here too, rain and fairly high winds ... but the winds are from the south; so, the temps are staying in the low teens.

Gritters are council wagons designed to scatter a mixture of grit and salt on the road as they travel.
They treat/travel bus routes and main roads on nights when frost is forecast
