Now i like the idea of this ... though i dont know what picture i'd have or design.
Do you agree its a nice idea or do you think it should be traditional?

Now theres a thought, just get everyone to grafitti it, it would be cheaper to buy a pack of coloured markers and its more personal then

It'd be cheaper to buy those naff sticky-back plastic covers you can get for wheelie bins.
