What Drugs...?

A friend of mine goes out at the weekends with other mates (knows her limits, doesn't go overboard or anything) she also remembers everything, but when she goes out with a certain 'friend' (who she has fallen out with then made up) she ends up never remembering what they have done whilst out after her 2nd or 3rd drink and even when people tell her what she has done it never comes back to her.Apparently she acts normal-as if she has had a couple....and her 'friend' is the one to see her home every time this happens....so she thinks her so called 'mate' is drugging her....now were aware of drugs like rohypnol etc but i dont know any drugs that do this to you....she can control her body and acts normal but remembers absolutely NOTHING.....if she is being drugged does anyone know which one could do this to you?
I hope this makes sense

BTW her 'mate' is female so its not anything sexual.

Re: What Drugs...?

How does she know that her 'friend' isn't 'hiring her out' to male aquaintances, or anyone else who will pay.
The thought of what might be happening to her is quite mindblowing.
The fact that they once fell out and then made up makes the setup even more suspicious to me

Re: What Drugs...?

nepenthe... is a drug that makes you forget
sounds very weird that the victim forgets everything
but yet knows she has bodily control
if she forgets all how can she be sure her (mate) is not
taking sexual favours
take former advice go to the police ASAP

Re: What Drugs...?

I am amazed that this appears to be more than a one off, surely the girl concerned must have had an idea and should have kept away?

Re: What Drugs...?

If a 'friend' had done that to me once there wouldn't be a second or third opportunity. Tell her to contact the police as others have said. Who knows what she might have been persuaded to do in her drugged state.

Re: What Drugs...?

I'd personally say get her to be tested at the doctors before wasting police time with assumptions. The only reason you appear to feel it is drugs is that you feel there is no other reason?

I'm not one to forget my nights out either when I've been drinking, and the occasions I do forget is if I have been persuaded to try other drinks rather than stick to the one type of alcohol all night which is what I would normally do.

I think that there is a possibility that there are other reasons behind the memory loss, and you shouldn't jump to conclusions when it is a very serious accusation you are making. If your friend is concerned, it would be simple for her to go to the doctors after a night out and let them test for drugs, but telling her to go to the police without knowing for sure isn't the first step to take I dont think.
