Today I made a home-made plate meat and onion pie...and we had new potatoes and peas with it....followed by Jam tart and Ice cream.
Yesterday it was Cumberland pie(a version of Cottage pie) with cabbage and carrots...no dessert.

just had a top stew, which the boss made with cut steak etc, with a pile of buttered buts. followed by ice cream.

Was yummy, we had pork steaks braised in gravy, mashed and roast potatoes, cauliflower, brocolli, carrots and peas. Afters was Mums home made apple pie with cream

Leg and thigh of crispy roast duck with black cherry sauce, saute potatoes and blackcuurent yoghurt for desert. All for the cost of two plates of fish and chips.
