What's on the menu?

Well I think we have established from "my people often ask forum" that I am feeling a little homesick this week, so why not really tip me over the edge and tell me what great British food you are all eating today.
So what's on the menu today for you folks?

I am half heartedly trying The Stone Age Diet, which means
Breakfast like an Emperor, lunch like a King and supper like a pauper
So I am having home made tomato soup with home made brioche

having a bacon and egg breakfast every morning is getting boring -must remember to order some kippers
