most of their stuff is whats called "graded" stock. i.e. open boxes, slightly marked or custmer returns. Usuauly they have 3 months warranty.

re the comment on the bikes, as a trader he has to ccopmply with Sale of Goods Act which protects the consumer.

I have bought catalogue returns etc, you have to save money where you can and some things are returned for something purely cosmetic which does not affect the workings of the product. A couple of the boys xmas presents were bought from the studio shop, yes the boxes where slightly damaged but this has not affected the product itself and it saved me a couple of quid allowing me to buy them more. Just because its a catalogue return doesnt mean its crap. In being graded it may mean that it has been faulty and not working initially but has been repaired and it now fine or has slight cosmetic damage meaning it couldnt be sold at full retail price. Some people arnt too fussy about that but these items should still carry some sort of warranty unless advised different

By flashy being advised that the bikes do not carry a warranty is wrong, if there is a fault with the product before purchse and the retailer is aware of this then they should advise the person buying the item and reduce the price accordingly

But not everything that they sell will be crap. Other than Bernadette I know someone who has bought something from this shop, there was nothing wrong with the item and it still works perfectly fine
