whats your favourite wine?
i'm not really a wine drinker myself, i hate red and i hate white, i've just started drinking Rose' and am finding it rather nice, my favourite it Mateus Rose' at the moment, till i find another i like
i'm not much of a drinker and feel slightly tipsy off just one glass (lightweight i know) i certainly wouldnt make a good alcoholic
so whats your favourite? and why?

Re: whats your favourite wine?
you asked about vinegar so I give you my answer
Tried loads, never liked any, people say this is a good one, you'll like this.
I understand why the tasters spit it out, daft putting it in their gob in the 1st place if you ask me

Re: whats your favourite wine?
Mmm, all depends on my mood, I'm a bit of a wino(in teh best possible way) so
hot day - a nice dry Soave or muscadet ( both very dry crisp whites), very very cold, equally whiulst it goes against 'tradition' a nice Beaujolais Village really cold out the fridge is lovely. just like drinking adult Vimto.
a sip day, got to be a quality St Emillion or Chateau Neuf du Pape, I love really strong reds. I once had a cracking bottle of Margaux at a restaurant I worked. turned out it should have retailed at 75 quid...........
Rose' are noice when you want a easy drinker, fruity 'pop' like. nothing heavy. Good ones to try are the usual Gallo, Stowells lot for every day. there is such a range of rose wines that you can find stuff you like and stuff you don't. Part of teh fun is finding out!
Keep with it and be adventurous, its worth it.

Re: whats your favourite wine?
I'm with Entwisi ... love Italian Soave or Muscadet white .. not bothered about cost ... the cartons of Soave from Asda are great and cheap. Hate sweet wine and not too keen on Chardonney, hey, but any port in a storm eh ?
Red different .. Nuits Saint Georges for me all the time if poss... not averse to others in red, as long as French ... hate German and crap Australian. Just has to be the correct temperature .. does make a difference.

Re: whats your favourite wine?
White wine.. never red... I have no rivers to cross ... anyone?
Red makes my head hurt ... white has no effect at all in the morning..
I am particularly fond of... Cinzano Bianco.. its thick and sickly like me

Re: whats your favourite wine?
I love white wine
I'll drink any Chardonnay... from £3-00 a bottle to whatever
I really like a Jon Josh Cadonna that we sell at the min, that one seems to be so refreshing!
Rose tastes too sweet for me and red wine is like thick vinegar

I went to the Jalon Bodega on Tuesday of this week with my wife and daughter. Bought 10 Litres of Red for 11 Euros.
Not the best wine in the world but drinkable.
