When is 15 Working Days

Having moved and waited for a new phone line I was told that my broadband would be back on in 15 working days. That was last Thursday. Can somebody work out when it will be working again ?

Totally the opposite pmsl. You didn't spot the spot the sarcastic smilie on the original post. Plugged my box in tonight just on the off chance and lo and behold my broadband is working.

Stupid system because they nearly lost a customer by quoting 15 working days and they have it running in 3 days. Presumably all about making their targets look good

Re: When is 15 Working Days

Lancsdave, Its not Orange who give that SLA, Its BT, Orange are only your supplier, the infrastructure is BTs and Orange make a request to BT for your line to be activated, BT have the 3 week SLA so thats what Orange have to quote back to you. You'd be peed' off if they said 3 days and it took 3 weeks.
