For now.........11 years I have lived up here and believe me both parts go through there quiet stages.............The teenagers move out into their own homes, HAAAAAA peace at last......BUT then the tiny kids grow into teenagers.............problem again.

about that ish altho my ultimate record so far is 8.30am coming in from the neighbours
