Re: Which party do you support?
Surely, that's a pressure group, rather than a political party? It doesn't actually put candidates up for Parliament, so you couldn't vote for it, could you? You may as well put RSPCA as an option.

It is a party of people who focus on political issues, by my definition it is a political party that you can give support to.
I did say that I know nothing of politics, other than by own interpretation. Any group of people with political interest can use the publics support to make change.
Im my original post I dont think I mentioned elections did I? I think I also mentioned this wasn't a serious thread, just an interest as to what sort of groups people followed.

No, but you mentioned political parties and Liberty isn't one. It's a campaigning organisation. Or as Wynonie says a pressure group.

You're so right there, Shillelagh. People who don't vote really have no business complaining about anything seeing as they couldn't be fagged to go and vote.
You don't even have to leave the house to vote these days with the arrival of postal votes so there really is no excuse.
I vote Conservative myself.

If someone has requested a postal vote and it was not delivered then that's a different story.

You mean like the RSPB, they share a common interest and campaign on environmental issues.

So as (a) you don't follow politics and (b) your definition of a political party is at odds with the generally accepted concept of a political party, why bother setting up a poll on political parties?
