Who fancies a "spooky" walk around Accy

There's a "Spooky" ghost walk around Accrington this Easter Sunday. Anyone up for it?
Meet at Town hall for a fascinating 60mins stroll around the town. The guide, dressed in authentic Victorian costume, will help people to discover things they never knew about our town. Be at the Town Hall for 7.15- cost is £2.50 or £1 for children.

Re: Who fancies a "spooky" walk around Accy

I think the walks are being repeated every wednesday night from the end of April...but from what the advert says, the walks last about an hour so it's possible that someone could do the walk on sunday and still have time to get a drink in over at the King Street pub/club.

I must admit, I'm not too familiar with many "Ghosts & Ghoul" stories around Accrington town centre....still, it's a good idea - it's just a shame that the first one clashes with our Easter get-to.

My dad would love to do that. It's a shame we live so far away otherwise we may have come.

The chap who is guiding the walk is supposed to be very good at it;he does the ones in Clitheroe and they are very popular.
