Interesting point. Paul and Linda McCartney sent their children to the local state school in order for them to have a normal(ish) upbringing, despite their wealth. Though Stella is reported as having said she hated it, and they were bullied, something that probably wouldn't have happend at a school were the offspring of the rich and famous are the norm.

I bet Heather Mills won't be sending her daughter to the local comprehensive, that's for sure.

I can see the logic in not leaving great wealth to your children, in the hope that they are industrious and make something of their own lives, but as you say it would be very hard to do.

Well if she finds it a struggle she can come on here and get some advice from some of our lasses who don't seem to make a bad job of there lot, and make sure their kids ae brought up right

I was only saying that to one of my daughters the other day, then she reminded me that I hadn't got nout anyway

I'm sure there are lots of people who could advise her on bringing up a kid on a budget of only £24.3 million pounds.
