Quite like Burnley actually, particularly Rosegrove and Padiham.

We have rough areas here in Cumbria but nothing like that, although the people we spoke to were very friendly it is not somewhere i would like to move my family to.
There is evidence that the council are trying to improve things but it would have to improve alot more before we would consider it. (even though we do need a move and quick)
So the search continues......................

By the way thanks to those who suggested private rentals, however alot of the agents want nearly a grand before they will give you the keys and at the moment we dont have that kind of cash!

Thanks anyway!

Is this you saying you actually have a job.

You could always accept the house in within grove and then move again. I know this is stressful, but if its urgent.

Im sure its not as bad as it looks on there, according to the people in the local area there is never any trouble down there, but if we dont like it we can always look for something else, as it will be easier to find something else when we dont live so far away.

My Nana used to live there. I can't remember the number but it was the first one on the right after you turned the corner after the shops. I have loads of happy memories from staying there with her when my children were small.

Smile at it for me Dale, when you walk past.
