Woodland

Does anyone have a woodland or know of anyone with one, that requires some thinning and tidying up. I am offering to do this on a casual basis in exchange for firewood. I am trained, qualified and experienced but can no longer get wood from work.

Re: Woodland

Try the friends of Arden Hall. They are always tidying the woodlands around the top of Plantation Street. Give Councillor June Harrison she is on the committee for Friends of Arden Hall. Sorry I don't know her number

Gosh that takes me back. Whilst working for the Countryside Ranger & Information Service filling up my Volvo Estate with every tree that was felled . I think that was the reason I bought my wood burning stove.
