Totally agree Margaret the property market is so up and down these days. for the last 23 years I've lived in a council flat, but have never treated it any different an if it is my own. Doesn't matter to me that this place isn't mine, its my home and I treat it as my palace, just have a problem finding where the kettle is sometimes

We live in rented and couldnt afford a mortgage unless i got rid of my two kids and me and the husband worked every hour god sent.
The house we are in is lovely and we treat it like our own.
Some body else pays the house mortgage but we pay the home rent

That is ok as long as they can still afford to pay the mortgage. As we are seeing at the moment some landlords are not paying them leaving the tenant homeless.

I live in a rented house!, and as mumtotwo stated we treat it like our own.
At least we have the comfort of knowing that if my fella loses his job, we wont have the dread of knowing if we will be homeless, because we couldnt pay the mortgage
