Although I don't know the lady in question, I'm really pleased that she's turned up. Must be a great relief for everyone.
One thing has struck me, though, reading through this thread and that is, despite what everyone says about the modern world, there is still a really strong sense of community up there. Makes me feel like moving back home!

YES!, Bernie is finally back with us all at home where she belongs. Once again thank you to everyone who has responded with kind thoughts and wishes, it meant a lot knowing all were concerned as we were. There is a lot of talking to be done and a lot of understanding why this came about, but we will get through it and help Bernie understand that she is loved and wanted by all of us. Happy Days ahead
