Edith & May COOK

I am trying, on behalf of Ann Byrom, a St John's ex-pupil in Australia, to find Edith (Edie) Cook, now 73yrs,( or her younger sister May), with whom Ann was very friendly at school. These are their maiden names. I suspect that Edith lives up and off Burnley Rd, and May in Laneside. These are their maiden names. Can anyone come up with the sisters' married names? In the 1950s, they lived down the Pleck. A lad called Colin Rainor lived near them

Re: Edith & May COOK

Thanks to a PM from Ossy Kid, I have spoken to Edie and have given her details to Ann Byrom. May died a few years ago. Edie has given me the address of another ex-St John'ser.
