Fair Holmes Cottage. Rishton - Taylor Family
Does anyone have any information on Fair Holmes Cottage? Rishton. I am looking for information on the Taylor Family who would have lived there from the turn of the century until the end First World War. My Grandmother was born there in 1909.
The last time anyone remembers seeing the place was in the mid 60s at which time the Fair Holmes Cottage, “possibly a farm” was in a ruinous state. Unfortunately no one can remember where it stood. As well as information on the Family and a history of the property, I would love to acquire pictures of the Cottage… Thanks………….
