Funny .

Clearly Bee hasn't read his own link to Sarkozy . Why he put it there is beyond me , but if he read it he would see that every French Head of State is the Prince of Andorra .

Re: Hippings Methodist Primary School

Is Hippings Methodists the same as Hippings Vale Primary school? If so my mum was teaching there in the mid-70's through to part of the 80's -her name was Mrs Chaffer and she taught top class -her friend Mrs Andersen was deputy head....

Re: Hippings Methodist Primary School

There are name variations for this same school, as shown here -
About Hippings::History

When I attended the old school at the top of Chapel St it was known locally as Mount Pleasant (adds to the confusion doesn't it? )

Re: Hippings Methodist Primary School

To add further to the confusion , I am almost certain that Hippings Vale School was what is now St Andrews School .

Spoke to mum earlier and it was a different school, as hers was C of E. Sorry for the confusion - mind you with all these name changes it's not surprising...

...and prior to being called St. Andrew's, as it is presently, and before it was known as Hippings Vale, it was called St. Andrew's.

Let's hope they're not planning anymore name changes.

Very confusing.
