Re: Joseph Johnson 1932 season
Joseph Johnson joined Stanley on 24th June 1932, having previously played for Wigan Borough and Halifax Town. He made his debut for Stanley in the home match against Halifax on 27th August. He missed only four matches up to midseason, when an injury and subsequent loss of form saw him play only six of the final 20 fixtures, before leaving the club in May 1933. During his time with the club, he made 26 appearances and scored seven goals.
