Hi Tina;think the flame haired art teacher was Miss Parsons,Mr Sutcliffe taught maths and later left to become....a prison warder!

Wow your memories are far better than mine. I left in 1992 and had forgotten most of these names but they are all coming flooding back to me now

I remember most of the teachers mentioned in this thread, I left in 86, all good memories, had lots of run ins with the teachers, Mrs Fowler pinned me up against the corridor for looking at my shoulder when she told me I had a chip on it, I thought one of my mates had put one there! Mr Green was a great teacher, had Mrs Jones for History, home work was always on time for her, she frightened the life out of me, Miss Watts wasn't she the domestic science teacher who was quite soft?

Anyone remember Mrs Whitehead, she was the science teacher with short reddish hair. She was also the Devil in disguise.

That's right ! Thanks Lindsay. Prison warder would be the perfect job for Sutcliffe - after spending all those years practicing on his students!

Anyone remember the name of the blonde haired english teacher, she was quite tall ( but as tinkerbelle said all teachers appeared tall when we were 3ft high!!! ) and had a slight lisp i think. I spotted her the other day but couldnt remember her name.
