She's back from oz after 40 years.

Well do any members from Accy remember a IRENE HOWARTH. she's my sister and she came back for an extended holiday in old Blighty. She is also the sister of Gladys Lovell who's address I will not give out willinilli.

Irene was married to Cyril, they lived in Laneside area, later in Henry St. Church.

She is now 71 years young; and if you know her or think you do; let me know.

The family was Cyril, Irene, Shirley, Derek and Neil. ( obviosly the children were vey young)

I may come back with more information later in the week, when Irene gets over the Jet lag. she may put out some names.

They left Endland on 09/01/1966 I'm pretty sure of that.

My mum & dad were really good friends with Irene & Cyril and I remember them all coming to our house just before they left for Australia. even though I was only about 5 years old. I'm almost sure my mum keeps in touch although I think it's just Christmas cards now. My mum's name was Brenda O'Mara (it has changed now as my dad sadly passed away in 1990 and my mum re-married a few years later) but she still lives at the same address and I know she would love to see Irene again.
