W Croasdale, artist
Seeing the previous posting in this Fruiends/family section about Janet Croasdale nee Gaines has reminded me that I too am looking for information about a W. Croasdale. He was a cartoonist/artist who in 1926 drew a cartoon about the Accrington/Church cricket match. It may have appeared in the Observer ( am checking) and he may have supported Church rather than Accrington.(so may have lived West End or Ossie) I suspect that he will be remembered as a talented artist.
