where's wally
Any info on WALTER SPENCER my grandad.He was suppose to have been a bit of a character,you know the sort,falling out the pubs,selling the family heirlooms!!He died in the 1960's believed to have collapsed in Accy town and unfortunately died in the street.Can any one help me find out if this is true?

You may be lucky and someone on this forum knows something about Walter.
The alternative is to obtain his death certificate. You can search on-line here.... http://www.1837online.com/Trace2web/..._1837-1983.jsp Note : There are some costs associated with this. After that you should be able to search for any newspaper articles, obituaries etc http://www.bl.uk/collections/newspapers.html (based in London) Check if you can search newspapers on microfilm at a library in Accringtonocal Libr.
