Not a bike but I have one of those air walkers if your friend would be interested in that, it's good for low impact excercising - 30 quid if they're interested.

I bet thats a cold bedroom with such a little radiator, or as Emily calls them drydiators, she gets mixed up between radiators and the dryer because we dry clothes with both
