Re: french lop babies
If you are a shop you need a license to sell animals, does this apply to other people?

You are quite possibly correct with that. Just by way of info. The forum rules No.16 clearly states that the selling of animals should not be done.

Heres a link to the rules I just found http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/f...mer-29681.html
have to admit I'd never seen them before , I usually just click on the new posts
just a suggestion, maybe the thread could be renamed as "Forum News and Rules"
thanks

I shouldn't think so because there are often animals for sale ads in the vets.

Re: french lop babies
the thing is in my garden which slopes downwards i've got a perfect place to put a hutch in
the only things puttin me off is the impending winter, the lodgers who leave the back gate open and the amount of attention they mite require.

if you are a shop or breed for buisness then yes you do need a licence if its just a hobby or you breed a couple of times a year then no hence the term licensed breeder. kennels and catterys that breed need licenses, hobby breeders dont, although i think they should it would stop a lot of cruelty, only two left now and i wish i hadnt posted at all, there is a lot of negativity to each other on the forum.
