in need of a new laptop battery and charger
Does anyone know anywhere local (not Ebay) where i can buy a new battery for an Acer Extensa 5235? and a mains charger for it, the charger is more important at the moment, the battery i have holds no charge on its own, i dont have a lot of money to spend though

anywhere you go round here will only order the part off ebay and stick extra on the price chuck
can get a charger for the acer delivered for £5.50 brand new coz i buy them for the acers i get if i had enough cash in my paypal account or a card tied to my paypal account id order them for you rather than you get stung by a shop

yea between £22-£25 will get you both brand new and delivered
i find teh chineese compatables sold through uk outlet last longer and are beter than so called top name brands make sure they ship from UK or you could get import tax

Just be careful as some of the ones sold on ebay have been found to be dangerous, one featured on Fake Britain a few weeks ago, the guy had the unit in one hand as he plugged it in with the other, it exploded in his hand.
