has any 1 got this program they are on version 9 and im still using version 7 so could do with upgradeing a bit not botherd if its not version 9 but 8 would help also the book that comes with it but can do without thanks for any help .

What faetures are you after Mick? Have you tried The Gimp? Its Open Source so free to use, fully scriptable etc.

I had a bit of interesting info somewhere but I need to go on a hunt for it. Something about a free download being offered by Corel, and it wasn't just the 30 trial type of thing. If I can find it again I'll let you know.

I'm currently using 8 even though I have a disc for 9. The PC upstairs which I can't get to at the mo for complicated reasons is loaded with 7 and I still have a soft spot for that. There are some of the things which it does differently which I actually prefer but then I'm a creature of habit.
