Re: Large Bearded Dragon
Looking after dragons, lizards properly takes a lot of knowledge, whilst they may have been looked after correctly by its present owners, does not guarantee the next owner would be the same. buying a lizard as a novelty or curiosity would be very wrong. Lizards need very special conditions and lighting, as well as certain vitamin suppliments and calcium, they require certain strict conditions and habitats.
Many owners unintentionally niglect their lizard, usually through lack of knowledge, and 95% of reptiles brought into this country usually die before full maturity simply down to general neglect. So think twice before taking one as a pet, and be aware of the responsibilities of owning one!
