Limited Edition (38 of 750) Signed Framed Print of the Stream and Bridge at Coronation Gardens, Waddington by D.J.Sherburne.
This is a beautiful picture and in excellent condition.
Label on the back states that it was originally sold by the Abbey Gallery in Accrington.
All proceeds as usual to local bowling club in Clayton le Moors where the picture can be viewed and collected unless other arrangements are made between seller/buyer.
Bargain at only £10.00.

Just a note , if its what I'm thinking it is you may want to hold on to it and get a valuation from a local dealer or someone who has a bit of knowledge about 'local' art' and not get taken , I've no idea what condition its in , but possibly the frame is worth more than your asking price
