I have just used this tent this weekend
( weather conditions - 5 ) at the lake district, the tent
lived up to its standards and I was kept nice and warm .

The reason I am selling this tent is because I need a bigger one for the summer:

There are no rips in any of the material, a few mud marks on the underside ground sheet, all pegs and guys included:
