have you tried down victoria mills off nuttall street where sullys tire place is theres loads of units hidden away down there it may be worth popping down and asking around for a contact number

As I was coming down Manchester Rd ths morning I noticed a sign at the back of the Victoria pub saying units to let. No idea what they are and my eyesight isn't that great I could see the phone number
