Don't get excited Grange.. have none to sell, however, brother had spotted this thread and told me he still had mum's woods .. they are woods for ladies .. not sure about the 2.2, nothing to indicate but much lighter. (2.5 kilos). They are still in their original box Thos. Taylor of Glasgow, and were well used. Even have my mum's initials on them.
I thought they had long gone, and told him to save them for me, as fancy having a go again. Played up Milnshaw Park from around 7 years and wasn't bad if I say it myself, but a long, long while since I hit the green. Would love details of your club and, also, perhaps may be in need of a little lacquering to bring them up to spec. Used to be E.J. Rileys .. who does it now please ? Didn't like to say me bowls need polishing .. ya' know what they are like on here ....  |
