haha, Funny, I was just thinking that if Katex says swimming keeps things in shape, I would be inclined to believe her.

That sounds like a compliment (I think) ...

Anyway, Emzy, you gotta' fight for what you want ... sounds like you are anyway. Your problem seems to have come about from producing those lovely lads of yours .. gotta' tell 'em how much it is affecting your well-being, etc. Act crazy if necessary, pull out all the stops ...

It's ok to get your own equipment, but difficult with the twins around .. best to try and get on a programme at a gym .. sure Hyndburn Sports Centre have something like this (without too much cost). They will probably monitor, encourage and discipline you .. self-motivation is extremely difficult.

My problem is post pregnancy, am pretty much ok with the rest of me lol. People may think that im over-reacting or being pathetic but i do have serious issues with it. I think I might be playing the depression card when i next go to the doctors. I am currently seeing a dietician who is trying to get me on the courses at the sports centre so all being well I might get something sorted there but was after something that I could do when the boys were in bed etc
