That sounds like a compliment (I think) ...
Anyway, Emzy, you gotta' fight for what you want ... sounds like you are anyway. Your problem seems to have come about from producing those lovely lads of yours .. gotta' tell 'em how much it is affecting your well-being, etc. Act crazy if necessary, pull out all the stops ...
It's ok to get your own equipment, but difficult with the twins around .. best to try and get on a programme at a gym .. sure Hyndburn Sports Centre have something like this (without too much cost). They will probably monitor, encourage and discipline you .. self-motivation is extremely difficult.
