Exclamation A chance to air your views on the BBC

BBC Northwest Tonight is doing a feature on the Panopticons.
If you feel strongly about this issue you can e-mail your views to
[email protected] and you may get your views aired on the program.
Get to it guys.

I saw the programme as well, and I must admit I like the Burnley idea of the whistling
tree.(It seems to have a little bit going for it in that it performs some sort of function
with the wind whistling through the pipes.]

I think they are all abominations......especially as both Hyndburn and Burnley have housekeeping issues which need to be addressed.
They cut part of my comment which said 'Why did HBC want to spend money on these schemes when they haven't enough money to take down the Christmas lights'?
I didn't think they would put that bit in......and they didn't.
It looked as though more were against the scheme than for it.

A useless Ar*****e would be a compliment A-B.
There appeared to be very few folk who thought that the sculptures(or eyesores) would be of any aesthetic benefit.
