A Panopticon for Oswaldtwistle
Can I just say, this has absolutely nothing to do with MPA, me or the Council. I think it's just someone having a bit of fun at our expense. I think it's priceless but I realise some of you may not.
You can see it for real as you drive over Stanhill.

I'm glad it can't be seen from the hill behind the Coppice though, whatever it's called.

see I dont think it would cost that much to design really, if one person can do this......hehehe. Get them to do the coppice one, can save money that way too........
