A Panopticon for Oswaldtwistle

Can I just say, this has absolutely nothing to do with MPA, me or the Council. I think it's just someone having a bit of fun at our expense. I think it's priceless but I realise some of you may not.

You can see it for real as you drive over Stanhill.

I saw it today as well, it was/ is very funny.

I wonder who did it?

I'm glad it can't be seen from the hill behind the Coppice though, whatever it's called.

The good people of Ossy are obviously jealous, maybe they want a real Panopticon eh? It's very funny though.

I think they should!!!! But I think they're more likely to get fined as it hasn't been through planning permission.

I think it's fantastic. What's even better though, is how much it's going to wind some people up.
