A Puppy!

As you all know, I lost my eleven year old Jack Russell six weeks ago and I miss him so much.

My initial choice was never to have a dog again, but as time has gone on I feel so lonely without a waggy tail and lots of kisses. The house is empty with no-one to greet me when I come home.

I've arranged to meet a girlie spaniel tomorrow lunchtime and if all goes well, she'll be moving into our house in a week or so. She was born the day after Topsie left me and I sort of think he sent her to look after me.

Am I being daft or do you think he sent her in my direction?

No, you're not being daft.

Go for it.

You have a lot of love to give a new puppy.

Re: A Puppy!

It was all quite strange that day as I was sitting, all on my own, outside our local with tears streaming down my face. This woman, who I'd never seen before, turned up with a well pregnant black spaniel.

I haven't seen her since, until this evening, when she told me that she had seven puppies, one female and six males. I'd love a female this time and I'm sure that once I see her puppy face, she will be mine.

Lots of pics to follow mates x

This is real karma, not all this silly nonsense on this site. It happened for a reason, to stop you crying for one thing.

It was meant to be.

Re: A Puppy!

Look Junetta !! I don't know whether you noticed my futile attempt at photography I entered in the Photo Comp depicting two lovely dogs owned by one of my friends out in Spain:-

P9270281.JPG

She lost a gorgeous Alsation few months before. Broke her heart, cause she felt responsible .. playing in the garden area .. ball she was throwing hit tree, rebounded into road, Sasha chased and was run over with fatal injuries .. acquired these two bundles of mischief, and has definitely healed the wounds for her. Have picture of Sasha, but no scanner sorry .. but take it from me she was gorgeous.

Well, that's my contribution, hope it helps in some way. x
