Is it better for a woman to kill her baby, then grieve over the terrible decision she was "forced" to make, than to hand it over for adoption?

To me, the expression 'killing her baby' is not warranted .. only a foetus/baby born that could survive on its own organ power is a fully formed new human being.. a 24 week foetus cannot breath as you and I .. just inner breaths. Needs intervention to survive.
Leaving a full term baby to survive in a kidney dish is obviously murder.
