Accrington Carnival 2011
Theyve lost their main sponsor ... north lancs training and the police are not doing the traffic management hyndburn council have given the money for a traffic management firm to come in ...
Accrington Carnival still on despite sponsor blow (From The Bolton News) also no one to open the carnival 'big name' ... so why not get the mayor to do it ...
