well said forum ad! there was no need for that! I didn't realise so many people thought Accy was such a miserable place to live! If things a re that bad they should get out and stop wasting there lives and making everyone else miserable while there at it!

I miss Preston for the shopping. I lived not far from you Harry x on St georges Rd. You can take the person out of preston, but you can never take Preston out of the person. I am never off the friends reunited site.
It's a case of I get home sick till I pay a visit and then I can't wait to get back home to Accy. My Hubby loves it here and would NEVER move back. We have made some Good friends over the years we have been here. |

Lived in Blackburn for 8 years at one stage. Was glad to come back.
A place is what the people in it make it. If people put as much energy into doing something about their town as they do running it down, surely things could be better?

I moved out of Accy in 1996 and after living in various places throughout the UK I finally came back in the middle of last year and all I can say is it's good to be back!!!
