Accrington Pals commemorative fund bucket.

While walking the dog today I found a red bucket, a accy pals fundrasing bucket - still sealed with 45p in it.

Obviously some lowlife scumbag has stolen it & taken what change there was in it.

I wonder if Retlaw or his daughter (or someone who knows more) can point me in the direction of where to return it?
It's bucket no1 sealed by Sue Lawson. Found in Rawtenstall.

Still sealed & in perfect condition, the theft aside the bucket cans till be used.

I work in accy centre so easy enough to drop off at the town hall if not.

Re: Accrington Pals commemorative fund bucket.

Hmm, why does my signing off as R6 now link to a blood pressure monitor on Amazon?
Is it a hint, should I take it easy? do I need to calm down?

If all else fails you can drop it off with me at Giftprint on Peel St, I'll make sure Sue gets it back

Cheers Dave, that's on my lunchtime walk so I can pop it in.

I did wonder about the town hall display too

Re: Accrington Pals commemorative fund bucket.

IMO anything like this should be firmly fixed to a solid object.

I could be 45p & a new painting bucket richer

I forgot to bring it in today, will try & remember tomorrow.
