Thanks Cashy, I had not noticed the P.M. bit, I was searching the "ordinary posts), such as this one; If they are called (ordinary posts).

Go to your Personal Message list.
In the box where the Chinese message is.....at the lower right hand side you will see a little square box.....click on that.
Now scroll down to the bottom of the page.....in the right hand side you will find a drop down box.(it has options to do different things with your PM's) select delete from that list.....and the offending PM is destined for the trash.
