actor Charlton Heston dies
didn't agree with the guys right wing politics but he made some great movies , think everyone can agree the chariot race from Ben Hur was a great piece of cinematography ...no blue screen , no computer generated effects

Damn Great actor, possibly had the greatest line in movies ever, "Take your stinking paws off me, you damned dirty ape!"
Less well remembered for his human rights work, shame Michael Moore could not see past that when he lynched, sorry interviewed, him a few years ago. Whatever his politics he was a screen icon and according to James Cameron, Director of True Lies, he was the only man who could intimidate Arnold Schwarzenegger. R.I.P Chuck

shame about the person lost ALOT of fans for his pro-gun views despite his civil rights stuff. lots of ppl forget the stuff he did with ppl like martin luther king jnr and will forever remember the interview with michael moore.

Ben hur was a good film, i love epics like that!! Like steeljack said...non of this computer crap they use now  three and a half hours long!!! they dont make em like they used too
