How fit are you - really!!!!!!!!!!!
Fancy the ultimate challenge Take up Ju Jitsu - Get fit Get confident and most of all feel safe in this wicked world. My husband runs Ju Jitsu classes at St Mary Magdelenes School for both children and adults. I must say that I am a keen fitness freak myself and think that his warm up sessions are alittle to be desired. So you think your fit!!!!!! Why not come along and give it ago Tuesdays 5.30pm to 7pm children 5 to 9 years " 7pm to 8.30pm children 10 to 16 years Thursdays Adults 6pm to 7.30pm |

There is a promotion on at the moment where the first 10 new members to join having paid there £10 annual membership and attended for 3 months receive a free Gi (suit). Also the first month of lessons are free as well.
Get yourself down you may just well like it. |
