I think I've heard it all now. On Friday Londons Dorchester Hotel will be hosting the 2008 British Parking Awards

Some of the categories include Off Street Parking Team of the Year, Joined up Thinking, The Innovation Award and of course The Parking Person of the Year. The £99 a head bash is being sponcored by the likes debt collcting agency Equita, NCP and the Enforcer a quaterly magazine for Clampers, Traffic Wardens and the like. it is thought that around 500 people who are top in their field will attend this event, and will probable clamp a couple of cars on their way home just to fnish the night.

yeh sounds about right, a celebration for "Stuffing" the motorist, next one will be for the most "Illegal" smoking fines.
